Minelab Cash Back Terms and Conditions
GPX 6000 ($1,000 instant cash back) and GPZ 7000 ($1,500 instant cash back). Promotion run by Minelab Electronics Pty Limited.
1. By purchasing an Eligible Minelab Product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which at the time of purchase of your Eligible Minelab Product, will become binding between you and Minelab Electronics Pty Limited (ABN 35 008 208 446) (Minelab).
2. No salesperson, representative, or agent is authorised by Minelab to give any guarantee, warranty, or representation in addition to, or contrary to, these Terms and Conditions.
3. This Promotion is available only through participating Certified Minelab Dealers in Australia and New Zealand and is limited to the Purchase Period.
Definitions
4. “Cash Back” means:
a. One thousand Australian or New Zealand dollars (AUD $1,000 / NZD $1,000) deducted from the point-of-sale price of an Eligible Minelab Product for GPX 6000 purchases; or
b. One thousand and five hundred Australian or New Zealand dollars (AUD $1,500 / NZD $1,500) deducted from the point-of-sale price of an Eligible Minelab Product for GPZ 7000 purchases, applied at the time of purchase by a participating Certified Minelab Dealer.
5. An “Eligible Claimant” is a person who:
a. is an Australian or New Zealand citizen or resident;
b. is over 18 years of age; and
c. purchases an Eligible Minelab Product in store through a participating Certified Minelab Dealer.
6. An “Eligible Minelab Product” means a new (not used or refurbished):
a. GPX 6000; or
b. GPZ 7000.
7. An “Eligible Purchase” means the purchase of an eligible Minelab product(s) within the Purchase Period.
8. “Purchase Period” means between 00:00 ACDT on 5 November 2026 and 23:59 ACDT on 6 January 2027.
9. “ACDT” means Australian Central Daylight Time. All times listed in relation to this Promotion will be ACDT unless specifically stated otherwise.
Promotion
10. This Promotion is run by Minelab Electronics Pty Limited (ACN 008 208 446), Technology Park, 2 Second Ave, Mawson Lakes, SA 5095, Australia.
11. The Cash Back will be applied immediately to the Eligible Purchase at the point of sale.
Eligibility And Exclusions
12. This Promotion is open only to Eligible Claimants making Eligible Purchases.
13. This Promotion does not apply to:
a. Purchases made outside of the Purchase Period;
b. Refurbished, second-hand, ex-demo, grey-market or counterfeit products;
c. Online purchases, unless explicitly permitted in writing by Minelab; or
d. Purchases made by resellers or commercial entities for resale.
14. The Promotion applies only to stock available in-stock inventory of participating Certified Minelab Dealers at the time of the Eligible Purchase.
Eligible And Excluded Products
15. The Promotion will only apply to each Eligible Purchase made by an Eligible Claimant.
16. The Promotion will only apply to stock that is available in store of participating Certified Minelab Dealers at the time of an Eligible Purchase.
Claim Process And Verification
17. The Cash Back will be applied immediately at the point of sale, and no post-purchase redemption is required.
18. Minelab reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any claimant and the validity of any purchase, including identity, proof of purchase, and proof of residence. Verification methods are at Minelab’s sole discretion.
19. Minelab may reject or cancel any claim it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, misleading, tampered with, or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
General
20. Warranty: The standard manufacturer’s warranty remains unchanged.
21. Other Offers: This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated in writing by Minelab.
22. Forms of Verification: Suitable forms of verification are at the absolute discretion of Minelab and may include validation with the Certified Minelab Dealer network. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Minelab’s discretion.
23. Right to Vary or Cancel: Minelab reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
24. Data Protection & Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Minelab’s Privacy Policy, available at www.minelab.com/privacy. Information may be shared with third-party service providers for the purposes of verifying claims and administering the Promotion.
25. Force Majeure If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Minelab, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Minelab, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Minelab reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion, as appropriate and subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
26. Liability: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Minelab (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

28. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
