Return Conditions

We are happy to offer exchanges for a credit note under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, seals and packaging must still be intact

Please note:

  • No returns on final sale items

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a Credit Note via email, allowing you to repurchase any item of your choice. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.


How to Return an Item

STEP 1:
Send your item(s) to the address below using a trusted post method, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Ensure you include your name and address:

STEP 2:
Once we receive and assess your returned product, you will be notified if your return has been accepted. If accepted, you will be issued a credit note voucher via email. If your return does not meet the conditions above, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


Faulty Items

Lucky Strike Gold takes pride in hand-checking and thoroughly inspecting all items before they are sent out. We do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to exchange the item.

Refunds are available if:

  • The product is significantly different from the description
  • The product is faulty and cannot be easily fixed or replaced

ZipPay Returns

If you return a product for a change of mind or exchange, you will receive a credit note valid for 12 months. Full refunds are only provided if the product is faulty and cannot be easily fixed or replaced, or if it does not match the description. Continue to make your payments while waiting for your item to be returned to our warehouse.


Can I Exchange My Items?

Yes, you can exchange your item. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the new item. Please note that postage costs for the new item will need to be covered.
