1. How does the MULTI-IQ technology in X-TERRA ELITE compare with other Minelab MULTI-IQ detectors?

The MULTI-IQ technology in X-TERRA ELITE is essentially the same as that used in other Minelab MULTI-IQ metal detectors such as VANQUISH and EQUINOX. It performs exceptionally well across various environments including beaches, parks, and fields. X-TERRA ELITE also offers a 15kHz single frequency option specifically for Park and Field modes.

2. How does X-TERRA ELITE compare with other Minelab detectors?

Unlike the VANQUISH series, which is designed for beginners with accessibility and ease of use in mind, X-TERRA ELITE offers advanced configurability within an easy-to-use Multi-IQ platform. This configurability allows users to maximize detector performance before considering an upgrade. Additionally, X-TERRA ELITE is waterproof up to 5 meters (16 feet).

3. What accessory coils are compatible with X-TERRA ELITE?

X-TERRA ELITE comes with a V12X, 12” Elliptical Double-D coil. The X-TERRA ELITE Expedition Pack includes both a V12X, 12” and V8X, 8” Elliptical Double-D coils. Furthermore, X-TERRA ELITE is compatible with all X-TERRA PRO and EQUINOX coils, offering versatility in coil options.

4. Can Bluetooth headphones be used with an X-TERRA ELITE?

X-TERRA ELITE utilizes proprietary wireless audio technology that is not compatible with Bluetooth standards. It is compatible with Minelab’s ML85 or ML105 headphones, and with the WM09 Wireless Module, any wired headphones can be used wirelessly with the detector.
